Shipping & Returns

Due to COVID-19 we're taking extra measures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. As a result, shipping will be delayed; we're currently shipping orders two days a week. We sincerely appreciate your patience!


Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your item has left our facility, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking information. Our fulfillment center is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, therefore orders are not processed or shipped during those times.

SVIPE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your item, you will need to contact your local post office.

We ship all orders via USPS. Shipping and delivery times are calculated by USPS and based on the delivery location of the item. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Additionally, you can choose to purchase expedited shipping at checkout.

We are happy to offer select international shipping, although we are unable to control taxes and customs fees you may incur when receiving an international package. If a package is sent back to us due to no one claiming it from customs, we will not issue a refund for any shipping costs.

Please be aware that during the holidays shipping couriers may experience delays. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


There is a $5.00 flat fee charged for all return labels. Returns must be received within 14 days of your order's delivery date. To submit a return request, please email us at with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return request.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our sanitary requirements. Items must be returned to us in new condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains of any kind and the tags must be attached. If there are any signs of wear or stains the item will not be accepted.

Approved items purchased at a discounted rate are eligible for store credit only. This includes all flash sale discounts and sale items, unless they are marked final sale. Approved items purchased at regular pricing are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment. Custom pieces and items marked final sale are not eligible for store credit or refunds. Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.

We are unable to process returns for international orders due to customs regulations


Gorilla brand watches are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless official carrier tracking information indicates the item has been lost, damaged, or otherwise undelivered. If official carrier tracking information shows the item has been successfully delivered, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items. All Gorilla products are shipped directly from Gorilla HQ (Switzerland).


To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.


Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
