  • Orders, returns and exchanges are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
  • Please allow 2-3 days from the time of purchase for your item to ship.
  • You will receive an email from our store with tracking information once your item has shipped.


  • Once your item has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We offer free USPS ground shipping on all domestic orders.
  • The customer can choose to purchase expedited shipping at checkout.
  • We ship to most countries.
  • We are unable to control the taxes and customs fees you may incur when receiving an international package. 
  • If a package is sent back to us, due to no one claiming it from customs, we will not issue a refund.


There is a $5.00 flat fee charged for return labels. Most items purchased from our store are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of your order's fulfillment date.

Once we have received your returned item, we will process a refund within 1-2 business days. Items marked on Final Sale and Free Gifts or Promotional Items with retail value will not be eligible for a refund.

We are unable to process returns for international orders due to customs regulations. 


If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at with your current order number and we'll help you out! Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the fulfillment date.

Gorilla brand watches are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless official carrier tracking information indicates the item has been lost, damaged, or otherwise undelivered. If official carrier tracking information shows the item has been successfully delivered, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.


  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed or unaltered. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the order fulfillment date.
  • All sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.


Items purchase during flash sales, sale and discount items are final sale. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.
