Items ineligible for returns

Items purchased during a sale at a discounted price are final. Accessory items (hats, socks, decals, etc.) are final. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.

Returns

Most items purchased from Shop Salomondrin are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of your order's fulfillment date. To submit a return, please email us at returns@shopsvipe.com and we'll take care of you!

Once we have received your returned item, we will process a refund within 1-2 business days. Items marked on Final Sale and Free Gifts or Promotional Items with retail value will not be eligible for a refund.

We are unable to process returns for international orders due to customs regulations.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item please email us at returns@shopsvipe.com with your current order number and we'll help you out! Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of the fulfillment date. Once we receive your item, please allow 1-2 business days to process your exchange.

Gorilla Watch Purchases

Gorilla brand watches are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless official carrier tracking information indicates the item has been lost, damaged, or otherwise undelivered. If official carrier tracking information shows the item has been successfully delivered, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.

Eligibility

Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered. Merchandise must have tags attached and be returned in original packaging. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
